This is a very nice, modern condo located just between the beaches at Pattaya and the Jomtien area. Take a look at the map and you’ll see it’s in a beautiful location only 300 meters to the beach.
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is out of the noisy party area, but only a few minutes away using public transportation. If you do have your own vehicle, the condo offers secured indoor parking with a 24 hour guard. This apartment is located in a friendly, quiet and secure area with grocery and other shopping very nearby. If you are a golfer, this is perfect – there’s a 9 hole golf course just on the other side of the road, with a driving range!
The condo is equipped with everything you need (and want). Fully air conditioned, and on the top floor with a sea view (and an elevator!), this Pattaya condo also offers a 40″ flat screen TV, internet access, cable TV service, a dishwasher, microwave, full stove and oven, large refrigerator, and an ice cube machine. Compare this with hotel living at three times the price and you will understand why I always prefer to use condos over hotels.
